ALPINA Burkard Bovensiepen GmbH + Co. KG take the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use your personal information in accordance with the current data protection law in Germany and this privacy policy. We will not pass on your personal information to third parties without your consent.

If you wish to receive information from ALPINA, owing to data protection legislation, we require your written consent in respect of the further utilisation of your personal details in accordance with the following text:

Declaration of Consent
 "I hereby agree to my personal data being used by ALPINA Burkard Bovensiepen GmbH + Co. KG for purposes of customer service that is rendered in writing (e.g. information about products and services, the despatch of catalogues, offers, invitations to events), as well as for statistical purposes. 

I hereby further agree to my details being shared by ALPINA with BMW AG and the BMW commercial organisation, e.g. for purposes of vehicle financing or warranty processing.

By establishing contact via the e-mail address datenschutz@remove-this.alpina.de or the telephone number 08241-50050, I may receive information at any time in respect of the personal data pertaining to me that are stored within ALPINA’s system, and may solicit their amendment, deletion or blocking. In the event that I shall subsequently have objections against the storage, processing and utilisation of my data, I may revoke my consent at any time using the aforementioned e-mail address or telephone number without providing substantiation thereof to ALPINA."

In order to make this procedure as simple as possible for you, we have provided the Declaration of Consent as a form prepared in PDF format that you may complete.
Once you have downloaded the form, you may complete it directly on your computer, print it off and then send it back to us, duly signed. The data provided by you shall at no time be collected or stored on our systems; they shall remain accessible solely on your own computer.


Anonymous data collection
As a rule, you may visit our Web pages without identifying yourself to us. We shall be in receipt solely of technical data such as the identity of your Internet service provider (ISP), the Web site from which you have accessed our Web pages and Web sites proprietary to us that you have visited. This information, duly accorded date and time specifications, shall then be evaluated for internal, statistical promotional and Web site analysis purposes and in order to design our Web pages in line with requirements. As a user, you shall remain wholly anonymous. Pseudonymous user profiles shall not be created.

Use of cookies

The personal data collected in association with the Web pages are used for the despatch of newsletters, the handling of personalised services, the processing of your queries, as well as for Web site analysis and design of the electronic services provided by ALPINA. Your e-mail address details are collected during the course of order placement and used by us for proprietary promotional purposes. Furthermore, the information retrieved by you within the context of the consent provided for purposes of newsletter despatch and upon visiting the ALPINA Web pages is integrated within a user profile in order to be able to submit personally tailored offers to you.

No data are shared with third parties without permission being obtained.

You may, of course, revoke your various actions of consent or the permission you may have granted in respect of the utilisation of your e-mail address for ALPINA’s promotional purposes at any time with effect from the time of revocation. The newsletter subscription may be cancelled at any time.

Google Analytics

Our Web site uses Google Analytics, a Web analysis service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that make it possible to analyse your Web site usage. The information in respect of your usage of this Web site that is created by the cookie is, as a rule, transferred to a Google server in the USA where it is then stored. In the event that IP anonymisation should be activated specific to this Web site, your IP address will, however, be truncated in advance by Google within the member countries of the European Union or in further territories that shall be contractually covenanted within the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases shall the entire IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
